About Lennon Parham
Lennon Parham, born on October 26, 1976 in Marietta, Georgia, is a television actress known for her work as an improvisational comedian. She co-created and starred in NBC’s Best Friends Forever and USA’s Playing House alongside her real-life best friend Jessica St. Clair.
Before pursuing a career in acting, Parham studied theatre in college and also spent two years teaching French as part of the Teach For America program. She later joined the Upright Citizen’s Brigade Theatre and appeared in minor roles in films and television.
A breakthrough role for Parham was her supporting character in CBS’s Accidentally On Purpose.
Believing that improvisational comedy enhances her performances and writing skills by eliminating self-judgment, she attributes it to helping her react more instinctively.<​/p>
