About Leah Simmons
Leah Simmons (born December 22, 1978) is an Australian fitness instructor known for her focus on pilates and as the founder of her own workout method titled Body by Leah Simmons. She is also a Kundalini yoga teacher and a personal trainer for various clients.
Simmons began her career in fitness after moving back to Australia in 2005. By 2006, she had become a pilates instructor and fitness coach, dedicating herself to developing her brand and style of teaching.
In addition to her work in fitness, Simmons is also a former DJ and is known for running the independent record label Finger Lickin’ Records.
Born and raised in Australia, Simmons later expanded to London before settling back into Australia. She married Adrian Reed with whom she has a son.
