Laurie Fortier, born on February 25, 1974 in Pasadena, California, is an American movie actress. She is renowned for her roles in popular TV shows such as Boy Meets World, Hemlock Grove and The Walking Dead. Notably, her performance in The Walking Dead earned the show two Primetime Emmy Awards.
Fortier has also appeared in several TV movies including Driven to the Edge, Saving My Daughter and Picture Perfect Lies. She made her television acting debut on the NBC sitcom Running the Halls before going on to appear in CSI: Miami, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and CSI: NY.
Before pursuing a career in acting, she briefly attended Saint Mary’s College of California before moving to Los Angeles.
She is married to director Deran Sarafian and they have two children together. Notably as well Laurie was a Rose Princess at the 103rd Pasadena Tournament of Roses Parade.
