Lauren Parkes is a multi-pageant winning beauty queen, born on April 7, 1987 in Baltimore, Maryland. She has held the titles of Miss Black Delaware 2007 and Miss Maryland Galaxy in 2008.
Parkes graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in Fashion Merchandising. She is also known for her work as the founder of Project Wish List and Royal Dreams Mentoring, both non-profit organizations.
She comes from a family of three sisters: Dominique and Danielle.
