Lauren Cohan, born on January 7, 1982, in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, is an American-born English actress known for her breakout role as Maggie Greene on the AMC series The Walking Dead. She also starred as Greta Evans in the 2016 film The Boy and began starring in ABC’s Whiskey Cavalier in 2019.
Prior to her rise to fame, Cohan studied drama at the University of Winchester and had recurring roles on popular television shows including The Vampire Diaries, Chuck, and Supernatural.
