Laura Haddock (born August 21, 1985) is an English TV actress known for her role as Samantha in the television series How Not to Live Your Life. She also appeared in The Inbetweeners Movie, earning an Empire Award nomination for her role as Alison. In 2014, she played Meredith Quill in the blockbuster film Guardians of the Galaxy.
Before fame, she studied acting at the Arts Educational School in Chiswick, England. Haddock was once romantically involved with musician and soap opera actor Richard Fleeshman.
