About Laura Bechtolsheimer
Laura Bechtolsheimer is a German-born British equestrian who was born on January 31, 1985. She rose to prominence as a dressage rider and earned a gold medal for Great Britain in the Team Dressage competition. Bechtolsheimer’s passion for horses began at an early age, as she rode her first horse at the age of 3.
In addition to her gold medal, Laura also achieved three silver medals at the 2010 Kentucky World Championships. In her personal life, she married water polo player Mark Tomlinson on March 2, 2013.
