Lacey Minchew, born on December 19, 1983 in Louisiana, is a beauty pageant contestant best known for winning the title of Miss Louisiana USA in 2009. Prior to her success at Miss USA, she had been recognized as Miss Teen America in 2002. In addition to her pageant career, Minchew ventured into acting and secured her first major film role in the action film Bullet to the Head (2012). Her personal life became of public interest when she started a relationship with NFL quarterback Matt Flynn in 2012.
