Lacey Jamieson was a Canadian Instagram star and equestrian, born on January 24, 1997. She gained popularity on both Instagram and YouTube, amassing over 10,000 subscribers.
Tragically, Lacey passed away at the age of sixteen due to a rare blood disease called HLH (hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis).
Prior to her fame, she began posting pictures of horses and herself riding on Instagram in January of 2013. Additionally, she uploaded her first equestrian-themed video on YouTube in August of 2010.
At the time of her sudden death, Lacey was a student at Parkside Collegiate Institute and also participated in volleyball. She had nearly 70,000 followers on Instagram.
Born in St. Thomas, Ontario to Diana and Douglas Jamieson, Lacey had two siblings – Jimmy and Virginia Jamieson.
