Kristel Verbeke is a Belgian pop singer born on December 10, 1975. She is known for her involvement with the multi-platinum girl group K3 from 1998 to 2015. After new members were selected to form K3, she transitioned into the role of group manager.
Verbeke was one of the original three members of K3 when it was established in 1998. The group’s name has significance as all three members’ first names started with “K” – hence, K3.
In addition to her musical career, Verbeke has made appearances in movies and TV programs related to K3 and has also provided the Flemish dub for films such as How to Train Your Dragon 2.
She married Gene Thomas in 2004 and they have two children named Nanou and Lily.
