Krissy Mae Cagney is a weightlifter, fitness trainer, and entrepreneur from Hawaii. She is the founder of Black Iron Gym, Doughnuts & Deadlifts, and ELLO Supply Co. In 2016, she published her first book titled Flexible Dieting.
She discovered weightlifting during her junior year of high school while taking a strength and conditioning class. Cagney later pursued studies in criminal justice at the University of Nevada.
Cagney is also known for hosting the Iron Cast Podcast with others from Black Iron Gym where they interview athletes and individuals from various backgrounds. She has a younger sister named Maria and has been romantically linked to Ben Harclerode.
