About Kitzia Mitre
Kitzia Mitre was born on August 16, 1985, in Mexico. She is a fashion designer who gained widespread recognition after joining the cast of the Netflix reality show Made In Mexico in 2018.
Prior to her television appearance, Mitre pursued a degree in industrial design at Universidad Anahuac del Norte. Her involvement with UNICEF and fundraising for the Orthopedic Hospital for Children reflects her philanthropic efforts outside of her career. Additionally, she has previously worked as a TV host on GreenTV.
Mitre comes from a notable lineage; her parents are Francisco Mitre Cendejas and Kitzia Jimenez-O’Farrill, and she is the great-granddaughter of Mexican revolutionary Gustavo Baz Prada. In November 2013, she married entrepreneur Pedro Checa. The couple welcomed their son Pedro in 2016.
