Kimbee Chan, born on October 4th, 1979 in China, is a notable Instagram star and former entertainment journalist. As of 2017, she holds the title for the richest woman in Hong Kong and currently serves as an executive director at Chinese Estates, a prominent property firm.
Prior to her rise to fame, Kimbee was known as Chan Hoi Wan but later adopted the name “Kimbee” after a Pink goldfish character from the anime series Goldfish Warning!. Her career began to take off during her tenure as an entertainment reporter at Apple Daily in 1999.
In December 2016, she married Joseph Lau, an influential figure in the property industry. Together they share three children: Josephine Lau Sau-wah and Lau Chung-hok; additionally welcoming another daughter into their family in 2018.
