Kendra Wecker is a former basketball player born on December 16, 1982, in Kansas. She is known for her career as a forward in the WNBA, making her debut with the San Antonio Silver Stars in 2005 and gaining recognition after tearing her ACL in her first professional game.
Prior to her professional career, Wecker played college basketball at Kansas State University where she was honored as the Big 12 Player of the Year during her senior season. In addition to this achievement, she was selected 4th overall in the 2005 WNBA draft.
