About Kelsey Wilson
Kelsey Wilson, born on December 11, 1989 in Texas, is a pop singer and vocalist known for her work as one of the founding members of the indie pop band Wild Child. Together with the band, she released their debut album “Pillow Talk” in 2011.
Before gaining fame with Wild Child, Kelsey was touring with The Migrant when she crossed paths with Alexander Beggins. They began collaborating and eventually recruited other musicians to form what would become Wild Child.
Notably, they performed at SXSW in 2013 where they were honored as Best Indie Band at the festival. Their success continued into the following year when they once again received the same accolades.
Kelsey grew up in Texas and remains closely connected to Austin, where Wild Child was formed.
