Kelsey Plum was an all-time great women’s basketball player for the Washington Huskies and had a standout senior year in 2016-2017. She took home several awards, including the Naismith College Player of the Year Award and AP Player of the Year Award. Her impressive 57 point performance on senior night helped her become the NCAA all-time leading scorer with 3397 points, as well as breaking the record for points in a single season (1080) that same year. Her parents are Katie and Jim Plum – her mom played volleyball at UC Davis while her dad played baseball and football at San Diego State. Kelsey has two older sisters who also played volleyball; she even surpassed Chiney Ogwumike in Pac-12 record books to become their all-time leading scorer.
