Kelsey Lu is an American pop singer, songwriter, and cellist. She was born on May 12, 1991 in the United States. Kelsey gained recognition for her well-received 2016 EP “Church,” which garnered acclaim from music critics.
Prior to her musical career, she attended the North Carolina School for the Arts for a year. Kelsey performed alongside the alternative rap quartet Nappy Roots.
She comes from a family of devout Jehovah’s Witnesses.
