Kelly Rowan (born October 26, 1965) is a Canadian TV actress known for her role on the popular show The O.C. She was born in Ottawa, Canada and attended playwriting courses at UCLA where she also wrote her own play before pursuing acting.
In addition to her television work, Rowan made an appearance in former co-star Peter Gallagher’s 2005 music video for “Still I Long For Your Kiss.” She became involved with David Thomson, 3rd Baron Thomson of Fleet, in June 2007 and the couple had a child together.
