Kayla Lusby, born on August 21, 1991, in the United States, is a journalist known for her work as a sports reporter and reality television personality. She first gained recognition through her appearance on the inaugural season of MTV’s reality series Are You the One?. Following her time on the show, she went on to become a reporter for the Nexstar Broadcasting Group and co-hosted Fitness from the Ground Up on NBC Sports Radio.
Prior to gaining prominence in the media industry, Lusby spent her formative years in Greenfield, Tennessee. Her early career included an internship at News Channel 5 in Nashville. Additionally, she served as an emcee for the Mississippi River Kings professional hockey team and was featured in a Distractify article titled “This Is What Happened to the Couples From Season 1 of ‘AYTO'” published in December 2020.
Lusby comes from a family with strong ties to religion; her father worked as a preacher.
