About Kaya Scodelario
Kaya Scodelario, born on March 13, 1992 in Haywards Heath, England, is a TV actress known for her role as Effy Stonem on the E4 drama series Skins from 2007 to 2013. She also appeared in Clash of the Titans (2010) and The Maze Runner films. In 2019, she was cast in the biopic Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile.
Despite having no prior acting experience, she was cast as Effy Stonem and went on to gain recognition for her performance. Apart from her acting work, she has also been involved in print modeling and starred in the science fiction thriller Moon.
She was born to a Brazilian mother and an English father in Haywards Heath. In 2015, Kaya married Benjamin Walker and they welcomed their first son together in December 2016. In September 2021, it was revealed that they were expecting their second child together and subsequently gave birth to their second child in January 2022.
