About Katya Paskaleva
Katya Paskaleva (September 18, 1945 – 2002) was a Bulgarian movie actress known for her role in the 1972 film, The Goat Horn, which was both critically and commercially successful. She attended the National Academy for Theatre and Film Arts before pursuing her acting career.
Despite appearing in only ten films throughout her career, Paskaleva developed a cult following among certain audiences. She was born and raised in Petrich, Bulgaria, where she later died of cancer. Paskaleva is survived by her husband Ivan Rossenov, who also succumbed to cancer six years after her passing.
