Katy Manning Feet

Katy Manning, born on October 14, 1946, in England, is a TV actress best known for her role as Jo Grant on the popular BBC series Doctor Who during the early 1970s. In addition to her television work, Manning has also performed in numerous stage productions and wrote a television series called Private Wives. Prior to achieving success in acting, she moved to the United States and was offered an MGM acting contract but returned to England to study at the Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art.

Manning premiered her acclaimed one-woman show, Me and Jezebel, at the 2009 Edinburgh Fringe Festival. She has two children from her relationship with fellow British actor Dean Harris – fraternal twins Georgina and Jonathan (born in 1979). Following this relationship, Manning entered into a long-term partnership with Australian pop vocalist Barry Crocker.
