Katie Willcox (born February 20, 1985) is a business executive from the United States and founder of Healthy is the New Skinny, an organization focused on promoting a healthy body image for women. She authored a companion book under the same name as her organization.
Prior to her work in business, Willcox spent 12 years working in the modeling industry as a plus-size model. She gained attention when she became the focus of Matthew Rolston’s photo for O Magazine which depicted the alterations necessary to transform a woman’s figure into that of Barbie.
In 2010, she married Bradford Willcox and co-wrote Healthy is the New Skinny with her mother, Dr. Janice White.
