Katie Krause, born on September 3, 1986 in Los Angeles, California, is a television host and producer best known for her work with Entertainment Tonight. Before her time with ET, Krause was a host and producer for ClevverTV where she created The Daily Hollywood Rundown. She began her career by interning with Entertainment Tonight and The Insider before graduating from Southern Methodist University with a degree in broadcast journalism. Additionally, she rebranded Hollywire by launching their digital venture HollywireTV and creating the original series The Hollywire Hot Minute. She also took on hosting duties for the Fuse show Battle Royale.

Krause has both a brother and a sister.
