About Kathryn Beaumont
Kathryn Beaumont is an English actress and singer born on June 27, 1938, in London, England. She is best known for her iconic voice acting roles as Alice in Disney’s 1951 film Alice in Wonderland and as Wendy Darling in Peter Pan from 1953.
Beaumont began her acting career with an uncredited role at the age of six in the 1944 film It Happened One Sunday. In recognition of her contribution to Disney films, she was named a Disney Legend in 1998.
Besides her work as a voice actress, Beaumont comes from an artistic background; her mother Evelyn was a dancer while her father Kenneth was a musician and singer. On April 12, 1981, she married Allan Levin.
