About Katelyn Pankoke
Katelyn Pankoke, known as Kate Pankoke, is a reality star born on June 10, 1989 in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. She gained fame as a contestant on both season 11 and 12 of the Emmy award winning show Project Runway. Beyond her work in television, she is also recognized as the designer and creative director of Elaya Vaughn Bridal.
Pankoke graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Apparel Design and Technology before launching her bridal line after relocating to Chicago from Florida in 2011. Notably, she debuted her first ready-to-wear collection during Mercedez-Benz Spring/Summer 2014 Fashion Week in New York.
Originally hailing from Eau Claire, Wisconsin, Pankoke relocated to Parkland, Florida at age three.
