Kandi Burruss is a singer-songwriter who rose to fame by appearing on the Bravo reality show The Real Housewives of Atlanta. Before that, she was part of the 90s all-girl group Xscape. She won season three of The Masked Singer performing as the Night Angel and was a part of BET’s Teen Summit. After leaving Xscape, Kandi made her name as a songwriter and producer – penning chart hits like TLC’s ‘No Scrubs’ and Destiny’s Child’s ‘Bills Bills Bills’. Her mum is Joyce Jones while she also has two children from different relationships; Riley (born 2002) with Russell Block Spencer, and Ace (2014) plus Blaze (2019) with husband Todd Tucker whom she married in 2014. P!nk even called on Kandi for help writing her debut single ‘There You Go’.
