Kamila McDonald is a Jamaican personal trainer and fitness personality, born on May 14, 1984 in Kingston, Jamaica. She gained recognition for founding the online training program WellFit and serving as a fitness ambassador for Adidas.
Prior to her success, she struggled with her weight for years but managed to transform herself from her highest weight of 188 pounds in 2003 to 125 pounds in 2009. In addition to her achievements in fitness, she also won the title of Miss Jamaica Beach Beauty in 2009.
