About Kalani Brown
Kalani Brown, born on March 21, 1997 in Slidell, Louisiana, is a former WNBA Center who played for the Los Angeles Sparks, Atlanta Dream, and Dallas Wings during her professional career. After leaving the WNBA, she continued playing professionally in China, Turkey, and Israel. In 2022 she signed to play with Maccabi Bnot Ashdod.
Prior to her professional career, Brown played college basketball at Baylor University where she won an NCAA National Championship and earned first-team All-Big 12 honors three times. She also finished her collegiate career as the Baylor Lady Bears single-season and career leader in field goal percentage and was the first Lady Bear named Big 12 Player of the Year.
Brown comes from a family with a strong basketball background as her father PJ Brown played in the NBA for 16 years.
