Kaitlyn Bristowe is a Canadian dance teacher and reality TV star best known for her time on The Bachelor, The Bachelorette and Dancing with the Stars. She was the first to share an episode of The Bachelorette with another potential contestant Britt Nilsson, and ended up winning season 29 of DWTS with Artem Chigvintsev as her partner. Before that she had competed in season 19 of The Bachelor where Ryan McDill – who had once dated former bachelor winner Nikki Ferrell – was also a contestant. Born in Leduc, Canada to Leslie Hipkin and Mike Bristowe, Kaitlyn has an older sister named Haley. Though she got engaged to Shawn Booth at the end of her season on The Bachelorette, they sadly split before getting married. In May 2021 she got engaged to Jason Tartick instead after being rejected by Chris Soules during her first attempt at love on TV (The Bachelor).
