About Jurgita Jurkute
Jurgita Jurkute, born on April 23, 1985 in Plunge, Lithuania, is a pageant contestant and model. She rose to prominence after winning the Miss Lithuania title in 2007. In addition to her pageant success, Jurkute has ventured into modeling and worked in various countries including Germany, Italy, Greece, Japan, and Spain.
Besides her work in the beauty industry, she has also made a foray into acting with a leading role in the Lithuanian TV3 series Moterys Meluoja Geriau (Women Lie Better).
Prior to her fame as a beauty queen and model, Jurkute studied social work at Vilnius University. Although she competed in the Miss World 2007 pageant representimg Lithuania but fell short of clinching the coveted title. Chinese contestant Zhang Zilin emerged as that year’s winner.
