About Julie Royer
Julie Royer is a Canadian fitness instructor born on November 24, 1979. She gained recognition after claiming 1st place in the Bikini Fitness competition at the 2011 Hope Cup Championship. Following this success, she continued to excel in the Bikini Fitness category, participating in events such as the 2012 Quebec Open Regional Championship and the 2013 International Arnold Classic Amateur Championship. In 2013, she obtained certification as a fitness coach.
Prior to her rise to fame, Royer began her journey into fitness training in 2010. Throughout her career, she has utilized supplements including Kik pre-workout and Estro Control while expressing a preference for vanilla-flavored protein powder.
