Julie Rotblatt-Amrany (born July 23, 1958) is an American sculptor and painter known for her work associated with the resurgence of the figure in modern art. She gained significant attention for creating “The Spirit: Michael Jordan.” Before gaining recognition as a prominent artist, she studied at the University of Colorado, Boulder and spent a year abroad at the University of Bordeaux in France.
Rotblatt-Amrany’s artistic style is often described as evolutionary symbolism. In 1987, she married Omri Amrany.
