About Julie Houts
Julie Houts is an American illustrator known for her diverse body of work, showcased on her popular Instagram account. Born on January 15, 1987, in the United States, she has gained recognition for her satirical illustrations depicting celebrities and controversial topics.
Prior to pursuing a career in illustration, Houts worked as a designer for J.Crew before attending The School of the Art Institute of Chicago and Parsons School of Design in New York.
Her artwork has been featured in prestigious publications such as The New Yorker, Vogue Magazine, and Huffington Post. Originally from Fort Wayne, Indiana, Houts later relocated to St. Louis, Missouri.
