Julia Telles, born on March 18, 1995 in Los Angeles, California, is a Brazilian ballet dancer who gained television fame for her role as Sasha Torres on ABC Family’s Bunheads. In 2014, she went on to play Whitney Solloway on Showtime’s The Affair. Telles began training in ballet at the age of 5 and made her first music video dancing appearance in the Nat & Alex Wolff song “Greatest Prize” in 2012. Her mother is Brazilian and her father is Mexican-American.
