Judy Norton-Taylor (born January 29, 1958) is an American television actress best known for her role as Mary Ellen Walton on the popular television series The Waltons. She was born in Santa Monica, California to parents Harry and Constance Norton.
Norton-Taylor gained recognition for her portrayal of Mary Ellen Walton on The Waltons and appeared in several Walton TV movies. Before her rise to fame, she was raised in Santa Monica by her parents, Harry and Constance Norton.
Aside from her work on The Waltons, Norton-Taylor has also had roles in other productions such as Stargate SG-1 in 1998 and the 1999 film A Twist of Faith.
In 1991, she married Randy Apostle and together they welcomed one child, Devin.
