Joyce DeWitt is best known for playing Janet Wood, the roommate on Threes Company. Her other acting credits include Call of the Wild 3D and Airplane II: The Sequel. Joyce got her start in show business at just 13 years old when she started performing onstage. Before making it big as an actress, Joyce worked as a secretary until 1975. She also earned a master’s degree from UCLA! Joyce was born into a family of five kids, with her parents being Paul and Norma Dewitt; she was married to Ray Buktenica from ’79-’86. Of course, everyone remembers her most fondly for the classic sitcom Threes Company which she starred in alongside John Ritter.
