About Jovana Jaksic
Jovana Jaksic, born on September 30th, 1993 in Belgrade, Serbia, is a professional tennis player known for her impressive record of more than a dozen singles titles and one doubles title through the International Tennis Federation.
Jaksic’s early exposure to tennis came from accompanying her father to the tennis club while he played with his friends. It wasn’t until she attended a tennis camp at the age of eight that she began actively playing the sport herself.
Notably, in 2009, Jaksic achieved the top ranking in Europe at the under-16 level. Her family plays an integral role in her career as well; her mother Danijela transitioned from working as a dentist to becoming her coach, while her father is a businessman who owns a tennis club in Belgrade. Additionally, Jaksic has one brother named Milan.
