She is best known for her roles in popular television series such as Hope & Gloria, Northern Exposure, and Caddyshack II. Additionally, Lundy has also starred in an off-Broadway production of Uncommon Women and Others.
Before rising to fame as an actress, Lundy started her career by acting and writing for comedy shows held at New York cabarets and clubs. She attended New York University where she studied drama and performing arts.
