Jessica De Gouw, born on February 15, 1988 in Perth, Australia, is a TV actress known for her recurring role on the CW series Arrow and as Mina Murray on NBC’s Dracula. She also appeared as Elizabeth Hawkes on WGN’s Underground.
De Gouw earned a performing arts degree from Curtin University in Perth before making her television debut in a 2006 episode of The Sleepover Club. Her other credits include appearances in Tricky Business and Underbelly: Razor.
Before relocating to Los Angeles, California, she made her big screen debut in an Australian film titled Kath & Kimderella. In 2013, she began a romantic relationship with her Dracula co-star Oliver Jackson-Cohen.
