About Jessica Butrich
Jessica Butrich is a Peruvian fashion designer known for her expertise in footwear and accessories. Born on January 6, 1985, in Lima, Peru, she launched her eponymous line, Butrich, in 2006. Her dedication and talent were recognized when she won the Luces de El Comercio Award for Best Designer of the Year in 2009.
Butrich’s passion for design led her to pursue formal education in the field. She studied fashion design in Lima before honing her skills further by delving into hat design in New York, ultimately graduating in 2005.
In addition to her main line of products, Jessica Butrich collaborated with Porto on a capsule collection of bags and clutches called Amor Infinito which was released in 2018.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Butrich has built a family with partner Abel who works as an artist and sculptor. They welcomed their first child together – a daughter – in 2014 followed by a son born three years later.<
