Jennifer Agutter was born on December 20, 1952, in England. She is a veteran actress known for her roles in the controversial 1971 film Walkabout and as Alex Price in An American Werewolf in London. Throughout her career, she has also had supporting roles in notable films such as The Avengers, Captain America: The Winter Soldier, and Child’s Play 2.
Prior to gaining fame as an actress, Agutter attended Elmhurst Ballet School and made her debut with a role in the 1964 film East of Sudan.
For her significant contributions to British cinema, Agutter was named an Officer of the Order of the British Empire in June 2012.
In August 1990, she married Swedish hotelier Johan Tham and gave birth to their son later that same year.
