Jennie Lena, born on December 1, 1977 in the Netherlands, is a pop singer. She first gained recognition under the name Jenny Lane and released two albums, “Monsters” and “Life’s like a box of bogglets,” before rising to fame through her appearance on Holland’s version of The Voice in 2015.
Prior to her television debut, Lena began her musical career in 2003 as a member of the Amsterdam-based band Food For Funk. Notably, her acoustic rendition of Katy Perry‘s “Firework” was featured in the controversial comedy film The Interview in 2014.
Outside of her music career, Jennie Lena has a daughter named Charlie.
