Jenni Hulet, born on November 26, 1973 in Minnesota, is a blogger and the creative force behind The Urban Poser food blog. In addition to her blogging activities, she also works as a yoga teacher, chef, and author of My Paleo Patisserie. Notably, she is a self-taught food photographer and food stylist.
Prior to gaining recognition through her blog, Hulet had been working as a yoga teacher for several years before launching The Urban Poser in 2010. She originally created the blog as a resource for her yoga students.
An interesting fact about Jenni Hulet is that her journey into natural foods and healthy living was influenced by chronic pain resulting from sensitivities to gluten, grains, dairy, and nightshades.
Hulet’s roots can be traced back to northern Minnesota. Both of her parents worked as cooks. She married at the age of 22 and now has children.
