About Jen Stark
Jen Stark (born April 15, 1983) is an American painter known for her vibrant, kaleidoscopic artwork. She gained widespread recognition after releasing the Mural & Installation Ooze through McDermott, Will, and Emer in Miami, Florida in 2017. With over 210,000 followers on Instagram, Stark has built a strong online presence.
Before rising to prominence as an artist, Stark graduated with a major in Fibers and a minor in Animation from the Maryland Institute College of Art in 2005. Her first exhibition, The People Under the Stairs at Locust Projects in Miami, Florida took place in 2007. That same year she was awarded an Artist Enhancement Grant by the Florida Division of Cultural Affairs.
Beyond her artistic pursuits, Stark shares a close friendship with designer Mara Hoffman.
