Jen Soska, born on April 29, 1983, in Vancouver, Canada, is a prominent film producer who is best known as one half of the Twisted Twins alongside her sister Sylvia. Together, they helm Twisted Twins Productions and have made their mark in the horror genre with films such as “See No Evil 2,” “American Mary,” and “The ABCs of Death 2.” Their creative talents also landed them the opportunity to write for Marvel’s Black Widow in 2019.
Before diving into filmmaking, Jen and her sister developed their passion for horror after watching the original “Poltergeist” film. Initially pursuing acting careers, they became disheartened by stereotypical twin roles offered to them and ultimately pivoted towards attending film school.
Their work has garnered attention at renowned festivals such as Film4 Fright Fest and the Toronto After Dark Film Festival – an achievement exemplified when their movie “American Mary” was selected for these prestigious events.
