Jayda G (born November 26, 1988) is a Canadian DJ and producer known for her work in house music. Her debut album, Significant Changes, was released in 2019, followed by the successful single “Both of Us” in 2020. This track earned her a nomination for the Grammy Award for Best Dance/Electronic Recording. In the subsequent year, she released her second album titled DJ-Kicks: Jayda G.
Before gaining fame as a musician, Jayda G started out as a hobbyist DJ performing in Vancouver. Notably, she co-ran the Freakout Cult record label with DJ Fett Burger until 2018.
