Janice Dean (born May 9, 1970) is a Canadian meteorologist known for her work as a co-host and weather anchor on the Fox News Channel’s show “Fox and Friends.” She also served as the network’s senior meteorologist. Dean earned her bachelor’s degree from Algonquin College before joining Fox News in January 2004.
In addition to her broadcasting career, she is an author who had her debut children’s book series “Freddy the Frogcaster” published in 2013. Diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2005, she has become a public advocate for MS awareness.
Dean is married to Sean, an FDNY firefighter, and they have two sons named Matthew and Theodore.
