Janette Rallison is a novelist born on April 1, 1966, in Washington. She is known for her work in romantic and young adult novels, having authored over 20 novels throughout her career. One of her most popular books is My Fair Godmother, which was published in 2009.
Prior to becoming a successful author, she attended Brigham Young University where she studied English Teaching.
Rallison has used two pen names during her writing career: C.J. Hill and Sierra St. James.
