Janet Lim-Napoles is a Filipino born on January 15, 1964. She gained notoriety as the mastermind behind the Priority Development Assistance Fund Scam in the Philippines.
Prior to her criminal activities, she lived in Manila until her father’s death in 1970 and is known for having close ties to the Roman Catholic Church, running a home for priests in Makati. Napoles is the only daughter of Johnny Co Lim and Magdalena “Nelly” Lim Luy.
